Neurotherapy
What is Neurotherapy?
Neurofeedback is the brain’s mirror and reward system. Your brain produces electrical rhythms that reveal how it’s operating. Neurofeedback lets the brain “see” those rhythms in real time. When it shifts into a healthier pattern, you get a reward—your movie brightens, a tone plays, or a game responds. When the pattern slips, the reward pauses. Your brain naturally learns to choose the patterns that feel better.
Neuromodulation is the gentle coach. It uses tiny, safe electrical or magnetic signals to nudge the brain toward healthier rhythms. It’s not shocking or invasive—more like a tap on the shoulder saying, “Try this instead.”
Why both?
Together, they create the ideal upgrade:
- Neurofeedback builds awareness.
- Neuromodulation provides guidance.
Your brain sees what it’s doing and gets coached toward doing it better.
How do I get started?
At Advanced Therapy Center, we understand complex human dynamics and how the brain adapts. We tailor each treatment plan to help create change to achieve your goals.
What does it feel like?
Most people describe it as calming and even fun. You sit comfortably, watch a movie or listen to sound, and your brain does the work behind the scenes.
